The basic subscription gives you one contact for non-medical senior care questions. We know how difficult it can be, especially during a crisis and we are here to help make it easier with answers, resources, and advocacy. The premium subscription includes all the benefits of basic but is a more personalized option helping create an individualized aging plan and weekly virtual check-ins.
If a question cannot be answered within an hour of research, we will contact you and give you an estimate of how much additional time is required at a prorated $100/hour charge. If you would like us to participate in interviews or discussions with a provider (ex. home health candidates), that time will be charged @ $100/hour prorated charge.
There are two ways we get to know you. As part of our basic subscription, you will complete a detailed onboarding form that helps with outlining your needs and we will follow up with a phone call or video chat to get started. When you sign up for our premium subscription, you will fill out the onboarding form. We will also follow up with a phone call or video chat to start the individual aging plan which covers more details about your needs.
Yes. As part of our premium subscription, we will perform a weekly virtual check in either by phone or video. If a family member needs more regular check ins, we’ll make the necessary accommodations.
The subscription is an annual subscription, and the current pricing is our limited, introductory rates.
We are a virtual provider, so we can provide services anywhere in the United States.
Technology is an enabler in the background, but we believe in the old-fashioned picking up the phone and talking to a live person is always best.
As part of your subscription, your loved ones are welcome to call with questions as long as you have given your permission.
Yes. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. You can cancel and we’ll prorate the remaining amount.
